1. About DataKasa
DataKasa is an online platform that enables users to purchase mobile data bundles for supported networks in Ghana (including MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo). We provide a digital service and do not control telecom network performance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 10 years old (or have parent/guardian consent) to use DataKasa. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and when using the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account security, including your password and access to your device. Any activity under your account is assumed to be authorized by you unless proven otherwise.
- Do not share your password or OTP with anyone.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Payments & Wallet
Payments may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Wallet balances are intended for purchases on DataKasa only and may not be transferable outside the platform unless stated otherwise.
- You authorize DataKasa to process transactions you initiate.
- Transaction limits may apply depending on provider rules.
5. Data Delivery
Most deliveries are instant or within a short time. However, delays can occur due to telecom provider downtime, network congestion, incorrect phone numbers, or maintenance.
- Ensure the recipient number is correct before confirming a purchase.
- We may request additional verification for unusual activity.
6. Refund Policy
Once a bundle is successfully delivered, it is generally non-refundable. If delivery fails due to our system, we will review and resolve it (e.g., re-delivery or wallet reversal where applicable).
7. Referral Program
Referral rewards are provided to encourage genuine user growth. Fraud, abuse, or manipulation may result in loss of rewards and account suspension.
- Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards is not allowed.
- Fake transactions or chargebacks may lead to reversal of earnings.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraud, scam, or illegal activity.
- Attempt to bypass security or access restricted systems.
- Disrupt the platform using bots, attacks, or automation without permission.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to intercept data.
9. Account Suspension
DataKasa may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or if required by law or payment providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
DataKasa is not responsible for telecom network failures, provider downtime, or delays beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataKasa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of DataKasa after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
